At ACC Athens, we realize your time is valuable. We offer you the ability to communicate with our business office on your schedule, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using our new online Resident Portal.
As a resident of ACC Athens, you have access to functions specific to your community:
- View your account balance
- Make a one-time payment from your checking account or by credit card, or sign up for automatic monthly payments
- Submit a new service request or check the status of an existing one
- View community activities and notices
- Send messages to your community manager
- Place a classified ad that can be viewed by the other residents at your community
In order to access your personal account online through our new Resident Portal, you will need to create a login. When setting up your account for the first time, you will need to enter your personal information exactly as it is on file in the leasing office.
